Adjiumi - Dolce Q.B.
Dolce Q.B. is released on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of ADJIUMI, the group of Italian perfume lovers founded by Cristian Cavagna. A modern interpretation of oriental vanilla fragrances and inspired by the scent description of Zola's novel "Nanà", Coco Chanel's iconic colour spectrum and Warhol's Pop Art, Cavagna combines these artistic influences to create a fragrance that sees itself as the epitome of passionate sweetness.
The fragrance:
A fruity accord of strawberries, pink pepper and delicately acidic redcurrant, dusted with a pinch of cinnamon, forms Dolce Q.B.s opening. A heart of jasmine opens with lovely sweetness, over which the soft powder notes of iris float. Cavagna combines its light-hearted floral sounds with vanilla and birch tar, patchouli, incense, musk and striking leather notes. The result is the full-bodied image of a modern oriental unisex fragrance, imbued with savoury vanilla and the spicy roasted aromas of birch tar, which shines in completely reinterpreted elegance. Cavagna created a flacon for Dolce Q.B. that does justice to the complexity of its composition. A white cube whose exterior resembles a sugar cube, decorated with the ADJIUMI logo and a scale that, in the style of Pop Art, is reminiscent of a measuring cup and the preparation of culinary delicacies associated with it. The carefully chosen play of colours on the Dolce Q.B. bottle is a tribute to Chanel's famous designs and underlines the interplay of multiple influences to create this complex and sophisticated Cavagna fragrance.
