Amouage - Odyssey Collection - Crimson Rocks
Inspired by the mountains of Al Hajar
“While creating this fragrance, I was inspired by the crimson colour of the Rock Rose of Al Hajar and the shade of its mountains illuminated by the last rays of the April sun."
- Domitille Michalon-Bertier, perfumer
The fragrance
With the brushstrokes of a perfumer, Crimson Rocks paints the majestic rocks of the Al-Hajjar Mountains at dusk. The ancient high mountain range extends over hundreds of kilometers in the north of the Sultanate of Oman.
It is said that when you stand high on the peaks of the Al-Hajjar Mountains, you`ll experience a deep sense of inner peace. A feeling that Crimson Rocks evokes with a mixture of fine spices, precious woods and delicate rose blossoms - and with a delicious specialty from the Arabian Peninsula: a jujube honey accord. With red notes of cinnamon, an intense rose and aromas of oak and cedar wood, Crimson Rocks paints the Al-Hajjar mountains in deep red tones.
Amouage - Renaissance Collection
A collection that heralds the beginning of a new era in the history of Amouage. The collection describes a crucial chapter in the brand's odyssey to paradise and features four seductive fragrances. In each of them, Amouage's romantic interpretation of the encounter with pure, unadulterated pleasure is depicted.
Oman
A land of contrasts
The exquisite scent compositions, inspired by their homeland, the Sultanate of Oman, are a liberating force of imagination, rising from four unique locations in Oman.
The fragrances in this work go back to the roots of the brand. Each creation is inspired by a different region of Oman and is based on typical scents of the respective landscapes.
