Carlos Viñals

Carlos Vinals serves as the VP Senior Perfumer at Symrise, located in New York City. Born to a renowned flavorist, he embarked on his career journey in 1985 as a perfume apprentice at IFF under the mentorship of Carlos Benaim. His tenure as a perfumer at Givaudan spanned from 1994 to 2004, after which he took on the role of senior perfumer at Takasago. In 2007, he advanced to the position of VP Perfumer for fine fragrances at Fragrance Resources, and in December 2009, he made the transition to Symrise.
