Dusita - Erawan
Erawan is a very unusual perfume, and one that's not easy to categorize. In fact, we'd say that it stands out as unique. Lots of sage and hay paint a gently pastoral scene, with a wild, almost bitter greenness running underneath, so vividly that one almost feels one is right there while the tobacco leaf harvest is being brought in. Hints of husky cedarwood and grassy vetiver add depth to the resinous sweetness of the hay and tobacco notes, painting long shadows for contrast. Bright citrus notes burst through up top, like rays of sunshine dancing through the canopy of greenery above. A silky stream of vanilla softens everything from beneath, adding a creaminess that feels tender yet never sticky. This is a serene but intensely evocative fragrance. Erawan is a perfume for aimless daydreaming on a porch on a warm summer's evening.
