État Libre d'Orange - Charogne
A bestial little beastie this Charogne. Literally meaning "carcass", this fragrance enhances a naturally sweaty, fertile lily with indolic jasmine, a touch of dirty ginger, and a gamey leather. There is something wonderfully degraded and wilted about this fragrance, like a vase of gently rotting flowers, but also something suggestive of warm, animal flesh. Salt, meat, flowers - all the good things a lover should smell of if they have not bathed, pleasurable markers along the road to true intimacy. The scent builds up into a crescendo of sound, with a slight suffocating effect that makes the wearer feel the palpable threat of the predatory beast behind them, ready to clamp his jaws on their lily white neck.
