Dolce di Giorno is a mysterious, woody aromatic fragrance that harnesses the transportative power of woods to autumnal plums and freshly ground spices. It at first seems simple, but then, with wearing, it reveals its full complexity.
In the top notes, a vibrato of citrus notes blend with aromatic cinnamon and an intense pepper to form a piquant introduction to the heart of the fragrance, a beautiful medley of creamy sandalwood, cedar, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, and a succulent, dripping prune note.
Towards the base, one senses a flurry of warm, smoky elements such as Gaiac wood, Haitian vetiver, cashmeran, vanilla, and labdanum, which combine with the creamy sandalwood, spices, and fruit to underline the noble and mysterious character of the scent. A wonderful experience.
