Freddie Albrighton - Boys
Adventurous and ambivalent, Boys describes the dichotomy between the fervent need to be seen as an adult and infantile play. Outgrowing childishness and not yet being one of the grown-ups - it is in this indefinable grey area with its pitfalls, insecurities and realisations that Freddie Albrighton's Boys moves as an emotional throwback to the teenage years with their bittersweet romance.
The scent:
Candied strawberries, raspberry sorbet, cream soda and Parma violet dust swirl in a melodramatic, pastel pink swirl around a green violet accord. Hidden within it is a delicate rose - and next to it: latex and leather. Smoky, creaky, wicked sounds that contrast Boys' playful opening and can only be tamed by the addition of a considerable portion of white musk. A little 90s, a touch of nostalgia. Back in the days...remember?
