The Beautiful Mind Series Vol.2 - Precision & Grace
As she glides over the stage, it looks like flying, but every muscle is in tension, every movement is precise and perfect. In any of her moves lies an endless grace and beauty. A piece of art, created for the moment. The limelight follows here like a devoted gentleman...
The Russian primaballerina Polina Semionova is the muse for Geza Schoen's new fragrance of the collection "The Beautiful Mind Series" - this one is dedicated to the precision and grace of the classic ballet. It draws a line from fresh and fruity to floral and powdery notes. First you find pears and plums that remind Seminova of the wonderful summers in Russia. In the heart, a fruity and floral accord opens with Egyptian Jasmine and plum, in perfect harmony with mimosa, freesia, and osmanthus. Finally we find warm and velvet like notes of noble woods and musk. "I have been using sandalwood because it is animalic and complex and therefore expresses the heat of a dancing body", says Geza Schoen. His signature note, Schinus Molle (a pepper tree) can also be found in this scent. This fragrance symbolizes both the lightness of a tutu and the warmth of the dancing body.
And Semionova adds: "If you smell it for the first time, it is like a tender breeze - so light. But there is something unusual that really attracts me - pepper. It gives the fragrance some depth. You can compare it to the ballet: without the strength you cannot make it look easy."
