Pigmentarium - Paradiso
Paradiso: A fragrance with paradise in its name. The paradise that this perfume tells about is Mediterranean and is located at the Cote d’Azur: deep blue sea. The hot rays of the midday sun. Sparkling ice in a cocktail glass. And a pool lined with shady trees and filled to the brim with refreshing water...
The fragrance
The Paradiso fragrance also starts with refreshing notes: with grapefruit and mandarin, sparkling pepper and rhubarb. This invigorating cocktail is gradually joined by the aromas of juniper berries, smoky green vetiver and patchouli. Furthermore, an ambergris note gives the paradisiacal perfume a maritime Cote d'Azur flair...
Paradiso is inspired by the impressions of a summer vacation on the French Riviera, which by the way owes its very poetic nickname to the poet Stéphen Liégeard. In 1894 he published the book “La Côte d’Azur” (“Azure Coast”).
