We use the "Freshdesk" tool on our website and for customer service via email, an offer from Freshdesk Inc., 1250 Bayhill Drive, Suite 315, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, which we use to send email inquiries of our customers. Freshdesk manages your support request and contact information on our behalf when you send us an email to customer service.
