WhatsApp is not a secure data transmission channel. If you contact us via WhatsApp, you agree that we will communicate with you in this way. Essenza Nobile GmbH will never actively contact you via Whatsapp and will only answer your inquiries. We will not contact you for advertising purposes. Your WhatsApp number is saved in our chat history, but is not added to your customer data in the online shop or processed. Your WhatsApp number will not be actively passed on to third parties.

8. Using Freshdesk
