Pierre Guillaume Paris - PG 11.1 - Indian Wood
Indian Wood is a new fragrance based on a reworking of Harmatan Noir No.11, a striking, salted tea fragrance that originally drew inspiration from Saharan African countries such as Mali and Chad. Indian Wood updates this marvelous spicy, aromatic scent with notes from a steamy Indian monsoon season, encompassing spicy mint, nutmeg, and cedar, coconut milk, cardamom, and sultry dried jasmine flowers. The scent mimics the breezes one might find in a humid Indian forest, with all its contrasts between the refreshing coolness of the monsoon season and the wetness of the sudden downpours. This contrast is manifested in a set of cool, green woody notes such as vetiver, moss, cedar, and peppermint, which rub up against a set of milkier, moister, more humid-tropical notes such coconut milk, cardamom, sandalwood, nutmeg, and lemon zest.
