Xerjoff - Casamorati 1888 - Casafutura
The Italian artistic movement of Futurism serves as Casamorati's inspiration for Casafutura. Its fragrance is dedicated to artists who, at the beginning of the 21st century, came from different genres and threw off rigid social rules and the constraints that went with them in order to turn towards a modern future. With progress as the driving force and declared goal of this new age, they expressed their deliberately provocative thoughts and showed fascination with everything that could be attributed to forward-looking development. Science, new technologies, aeronautics and cinematography - what has long been part of everyday life today cast an almost magical spell over the futurists with promising predictions and the prospect of a progressive future. The energy of their era can be echoed in the art they created - and finds a modern interpretation in Casamorati's Casafutura.
The fragrance
Entirely dedicated to progress and technology and complemented by a touch of nostalgic romance, Casafutura's sounds unfold. Bergamot with its lively citrusy-bitter aroma, ethereal lavender flowers and a sonorous rosemary note intertwine to create its Mediterranean opening, which is followed by a floral heart chord. Roses, diphylleia and geranium alongside subtle patchouli notes form a blossoming centre with their delicate yet hypnotic sounds to which the senses turn. Casamorati embeds its composition on exquisite woods and seductive musk. Its soft sounds gently glow over creamy sandalwood and the characteristic note of cedar. Casafutura's elements combine to create a fragrance of fascination, whose interplay of elegantly arranged raw materials is intoxicating and energetic. Casafutura shimmers auspiciously in Casamorati's classically shaped bottle dipped entirely in gold. Colourfully adorned by the relief-like emblem in the shape of a coat of arms, its fragrance shines with formal elegance.
