Sous Le Manteau - Vapeurs Diablotines
Vapeurs diablotines - "devilish vapors": a perfume like created in a witch's kitchen!
Perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer has brewed a seductive love potion from fiery spice notes, golden resins, incense and animal undertones. This devilishly beguiling perfume is based on an aphrodisiac recipe from France that was handed down from the 19th century.
Fragrance notes
Bergamot oil, yellow mandarin oil, coriander oil, clove oil, bay oil, incense oil, geranium oil, cedarwood, patchouli oil, vetiver oil from haïti, musk, vanilla abs, benzoin resin, tonka bean abs, opoponax resin, styrax resin, cistus, castoreum synth and animalis.
The packaging
There are two different types of outer packaging for this perfume: one is illustrated with an atlas figure, the other one with a caryatid. The atlas figure was created by sculptor Aimé Millet, the caryatid by André-Joseph Allar. Atlas and caryatids are artfully crafted components from classical architecture. Regardless of the picture motif, all packagings contain the same love potion perfume. Both motifs were photographed in Paris - as universal symbols of the eternal city of love.
