Farmacia SS. Annunziata 1561 - Vaiai e Pelliccia - Bath Salt
The high art of Florentine furriers, whose elaborately tanned skins were processed into fine garments, served Farmacia SS. Annunziata as an inspirational element for Vaiai e Pellicciai. While the Vaiai specialised in the art of processing coveted squirrel skins, the Pellicciai dealt with the tanning of all other animal skins. Vaiai e Pellicciai opens with a restrained opening of notes of mandarin, lemon and cardamom, only to unfold shortly afterwards as a veritable floral explosion. Roses, jasmine and orange blossom combine their lovely and sensual sounds to create an intense accord that Farmacia SS. Annunziata underlines with a base of precious woods and white musk.
