Beaufort London - Vi et Armis(formerly known name: "East India")
The inspiration for this fragrance comes from a time when the world had still some undiscovered parts, the distances are too far to cross and shipping the seas demanded courage and bravery from a real man. It was the time of the large fleets of British East India Company, who crossed the seas to trade with other parts of the world.
The Fragrance
These floating warehouses had different goods on different decks, different spices, woods and other valuables.
So the first deck of the cargo unfolds the scents of precious black pepper and fine tea leaves. In the middle deck one can smell the fine grade of Scottish whiskey, which mingles with precious incense and opium. The lower deck of the ship rounds notes of tobacco and precious oriental woods and connects the fragrance to a characterful whole.
