Die Rose ist eine der großen Konstanten im Werk von Boadicea the Victorious – vielschichtig, mal fruchtig wie grüner Apfel, mal süß wie Lokum oder Honig. Rose Sapphire widmet ihr ein eigenes Juwel: eine animalische türkische Rose, gehüllt in duftende Gewürze und funkelnden Glanz.
Der Duft:
Kardamom, Kurkuma, Geranie und Safran eröffnen mit warmer Würze. Im Herzen leuchtet die türkische Rose, begleitet vom lakritzig-ledrigen Ton der Immortelle, edlem Neroli und einer großzügigen Dosis Hedion, die der lippenstiftgetönten Blüte strahlende Brillanz verleiht. Im Drydown wird die Rose weicher und pudriger, während Benzoe, Zedernholz, Cistus-Labdanum, Myrrhe, rauchiges Cypriol, Patchouli und Moschus langsam aufsteigen und ihre kristallinen Facetten wie im Licht eines Sonnenuntergangs zur Geltung bringen.
