Guimauve de Noël ist eine Mischung aus Orangenblüten Absolut, Karamell-Vanille und Lakritze und ist inspiriert von den Kindheitserinnerungen des Meisterparfümeurs Michel Almairac. Zu Weihnachten liebte er ein Dessert namens "Fougassette". Wie diese mit Orangenblüte verfeinerte Brioche ist Guimauve de Noël süß, aber nicht zu zuckerhaltig. Blumig, aber auch würzig dank der Lakritze, wodurch der Duft von Männern und Frauen getragen werden kann.
