Der perfekte Nagelschnitt von Bastien:
Schneiden Sie die Nägel niemals zu kurz, denn je kürzer die Nägel sind, desto höher ist das Risiko einer Entzündung und eines einwachsenden Nagels. Ist der Nagel jedoch zu lang, wird die Matrix - die Basis des Nagels - beschädigt und verursacht eine abgeschrägte Wuchsrichtung.
Die ideale Länge:
Schneiden Sie den Nagel so, dass ein bis zwei Millimeter des weißen Teiles zurückbleiben. Schneiden Sie den Nagel kantig und runden diese Ecken ausschließlich mit einer Feile ab.
Die richtige Anwendung der Feile:
Um ästhetische Nägel zu erhalten ist es empfehlenswert die Feile in einem Zug über die gesamte Länge des Nagels zu ziehen und diese Technik anschließend so lange wiederholen, bis alle Kanten abgerundet sind.
