"Die Nagelhaut ist ein sehr empfindlicher Bereich. Sie abzureißen oder falsch zu schneiden kann zu Entzündungen führen. Das Zurückschieben der Nagelhaut mit einem Buchsbaumstäbchen kann zu einem Wulst an der Basis führen und die Matrix beschädigen, sodass sie sich wellen kann. Am sichersten ist es, die Nagelhaut mit einer guten Nagelhautzange aus Edelstahl mit einem von echten Profis ausgewählten Backen zu reduzieren und sie mit Bastiens Salbe Révérence zu pflegen, die auch Arnika enthält, um die Entzündung zu reduzieren.
