The scent
This spicy oriental fragrance is inspired by by Puccini's Turandot - and the legends of the ancient Silk Road from China to Arabia. It opens on top notes of cumin, pink bay and cinnamon. The heart features damascene rose, geranium, jasmine and tea, the dry-down many rich notes such as amber, musk, frankincense, oud, sandalwood, guaiac wood, patchouli and vanilla. Epic pays tribute to the historic Arab-Chinese relations through the Silk Road; the richness of this fragrance evokes the precious commodities traded across the Asian continent such as gold, pearls, tea, silks, jade, spices and frankincense, blended with a dramatic signature.
The flacon
The flacon is inspired by the deep striking green of the imperial jadeite of the Orient, which is believed to provide protection from evil - while the packaging of Epic Woman aims to evoke precious Chinese pearls.
