The name of the perfume refers to the color that the iconic tower had when it was inaugurated: When it was built for the Paris World Exhibition in 1889, it shone in a rich shade of red...
The fragrance
Paris in the evening. Two lovers in the gardens of the Champs de Mars. Hand in hand, they make their way to the Eiffel Tower, past gracefully blooming red rose bushes. Arrived at the end of their walk, he takes her in his arms - and inhales the elegant trace of her perfume...
Love is in the air... and of course it is a red flower that is the focus of this fragrance composition called "Le Rouge": the queen of all flowers - a rose! A delicate peony and a gorgeous red rose reign in the heart of this elegant perfume - surrounded by fruity aromas of lychee, rhubarb and bergamot - and a sensual base of cedarwood, musk, incense, cashmeran and vetiver.
