Formulated as a passionate oud sound from exquisite components, Oud Maracujá intoxicates with the intensity of its exotic, fiery woody tones. Bright passion fruit flanks the fragrance's central oud accord, along with saffron and rose absolute. Fused into an irresistible melange, their sounds culminate in a base of cistus and benzoin over striking leather notes, which Maison Crivelli sensually rounds off with patchouli and velvety vanilla. Oud Maracujá's rich composition creates the intoxicating, well-composed image of sunlight-soaked mangroves, concealed in Maison Crivelli's elegant classic bottle.
Oud Maracujá opens with a fruity, luminous accord that features bright, exotic accents of passion fruit and ebelia (black currant). The vibrancy of the top notes is accentuated by saffron, which provides a sensual, spicy note, and Turkish rose absolute, which rounds out the accord with its fruity, honeyed and full-bodied qualities.
The heart note is defined by the power and complexity of an oud-wood accord and its deep, sensual nuances. This woody oud facet is enhanced by the earthy notes of Indonesian patchouli, while the exceptional softness of benzoin from Laos contributes to a well-rounded feeling.
The base notes of the creation consist of leather, incense, an amber-vanilla-habdanum accord and a touch of Akigalawood, which enhances the power and longevity of the fragrance. and reinforces the longevity of the fragrance.
