In return for the impressive invention of the game of chess, the Indian ruler granted his citizen Shihram Sissa ibn Dahir a wish. The latter, it is said, wished for grains of wheat for each square of the chess set. If there was a single grain on the first square, each subsequent square would receive double the number of grains of the previous square. A seemingly modest wish... Mind Games has created an olfactory homage with its fragrance of the same name, Sissa, which pays tribute to the symbol of this unexpectedly extensive example of arithmetic in full-bodied, precious sounds.

The power of exponential growth and the sophistication of the human spirit find an artfully crafted counterpart in Sissa's composition. Ambrette seeds, sesame oil and coumarin form its delicious prelude. In Mind Game's unique fragrance interplay, it meets the enveloping warmth of a milk accord, which combines with savoury roasted tonka bean and jasmine to create an addictive heart note. A foundation of cistus, musk and irresistible vanilla supports Sissa's skilfully arranged notes. Mind Games encases its creation in a glass flacon crowned by the chess piece of the black pawn.
