Omanluxury Hommage 1744

On 20 November 1744, Imam Ahmed bin Said founded the Al Busaid dynasty – a defining moment in Omani history. Hommage 1744 is Omanluxury’s olfactory salute to this royal heritage: a tribute to the timeless oud that once filled the palaces of the Orient, translated into a refined, contemporary composition. Using innovative headspace technology, the house captured the pure molecular structure of precious Ariyani oud wood in its natural state – without burning or altering it.

The Fragrance:

The opening glows fresh and juicy: pomelo, bergamot and lemon meet a touch of fruity raspberry. At the heart, noble oud unfolds, wrapped in white florals and the warm, mineral radiance of ambroxan. The base rests on velvety cashmeran, smoky incense, earthy patchouli and a warm amber accord – a balanced, serene and deeply alluring interpretation of oud that feels noble, warm and richly textured.
