Sora Dora - Jany
Once upon a time... A midsummer afternoon in the garden. The peace and quiet of a sunny nap. And the snack for the children: Jany. She's busy in the kitchen, between sugar and flour. Her favourite thing to make is tarte tatin. The butter melts on the glass. She drops grains of brown sugar into it, in the silence of a fine, icy rain. Its fragrance swirls through the room, echoes all the way to the porch, travels all the way to the path. Baked apples and cinnamon sticks fade into the vapours of the puff pastry. Then come caramel, almonds and vanilla, strong flavours that linger into the evening.Jany, Antoine's daughter, carries the scent of his recipes, cakes, madeleines and biscuits. Jany is an original childhood biscuit that evokes the aromatic memories of all our unforgettable treats. To your emotions.
