Rose Alba is a tribute by the Alexandre J family to one of the most famous ancient love stories - Mark Antony and Cleopatra! Rose Alba is the feminine perfume that evokes ancient love stories. It is an invitation to experience the whole art of love. It immortalises the spirit of The Collector by combining Eastern and Western influences.
Rose stands for desire and secrecy. Guided by the desire to create a fragrance centred around the rose, Alexandre.J immersed himself in the origins and history of this mythical flower. A symbolic flower of Greco-Roman civilisation, it was used by the Egyptian queen Cleopatra to seduce Emperor Mark Antony.
Alexandre.J imagined a red flacon reminiscent of the sumptuous curtains of the palace and adorned with the Egyptian sun bearer: the beetle. In homage to Cleopatra, Rose Alba presents an extremely stylish and stunning red aluminium bottle with a gold-plated medallion.
The tenderness of Rose Alba can be felt in the first notes of black pepper and fleshy plum. Wrapped in fluffy peach skin, the rose is combined with sandalwood to deliver an oriental, feminine and velvety rose water.
