Baruti Onder de Linde
Joyous and uplifting, Onder de Linde captures the promise of early summer. Spyros Drosopoulos was inspired by Vermeer’s painting “The Milkmaid”, or more precisely by its setting: the Dutch countryside in early summer. The stars of the fragrance are lilac and linden blossom. Neither can be extracted from nature, so both were reconstructed from aroma molecules, which for the perfumer is the true magic of his craft.
The Fragrance:
Juicy pear opens fresh and bright. Lilac and linden blossom bloom at the heart, framed by golden honey and powdery orris root. Vanilla, vetiver, sandalwood and musk give the scent a creamy, sun-warmed base.
