Isabey - Prends-moi
Prends-Moi (Take me), the ode to love!
Paris at midnight. A man and a woman meet. They love each other passionately in a way that carries the senses and shakes reason. He embraces her, inhales the fragrance of her perfume, her deep red lips open and she whispers to him: "Take me!"...
Isabey Paris presents with Prends-moi (Take me) one of its iconic floriental fragrances in a new guise! Prends-Moi (at that time actually declared as "Prends-Mois" with a spelling mistake on its label) was already launched in the early 1930s. With its minimalist design, it was the house's last perfume created for the North American market. Naming the fragrance as Prends-Moi (Take Me) was a bold gesture for its time - but Isabey was a bold house and its success proved it right! Powdery and characterized by bold, sensual ingredients, Prends-Moi (Take me) reflects the act of passionate love. The warmth of the skin, the adrenaline, lips that touch the neck...they are formulated with an opening of spicy pink pepper next to citric-aromatic bergamot and a fruity raspberry nuance. Along winding paths, the senses travel towards a powerful blend of innocently tender rose and sensual tuberose. The "Red Satin Lipstick" accord and the seductive sweetness of cocoa lend the breathtaking note unfolding here a dark, stimulating depth, which is completed by the warm notes of creamy sandalwood and amber. For this fragrance experience, Isabey Paris creates - translucid, yet of intense red - lascivious passion in the shape of a bottle. The renaissance of Prends-Moi in a contemporary design is thus much more than a new edition. It is a tribute to love, passion and desire, in days gone by as much as today!
