Penhaligon's London - Endymion Concentré
One day, Luna, the goddess of the moon, put Endymion, the most beautiful of the sons of Zeus, the father of the gods, into an eternal sleep. She wanted to preserve the sight of his beautiful face until the end of time. And Endymion slept eternally - with a smile on his lips. For while he slept, he dreamed of holding Luna in his arms....
The fragrance
Endymion is a classic perfume from Penhaligon's - and Endymion Concentré is its luxuriously intense new interpretation...
With its namesake, the son of the gods Endymion, this semi-oriental perfume combines timeless beauty and irresistible appeal.
Endymion Concentré opens with notes of sage and lavender surrounded by bergamot. They slowly draw the curtain on a sensual suede accord in the heart, flanked by geranium accents.
The leathery tones gradually become more intense on the skin - and are finally wrapped in creamy nutmeg facets and a subtle hint of incense in the surprisingly seductive dry-down.
