A Man's Cologne is one of the oldest fragrances still available in the USA. Since the scent's 60 years ago in New York, the House of Gravel has remained true to himself and continues to fascinate with timelessness, masculine elegance and authenticity. An unchanged composition of the highest quality raw materials and an extremely elaborate manufacturing process make the Eau de Cologne a captivating fragrance experience.
Radiant citrus fruit dominates the top note, while exotic patchouli, seductive tonka bean and golden shimmering resins define the intense and warm character at the heart of the composition. A background of frankincense, vetiver and musk lend the olfactory work of art a mystical depth as well as a sensually enveloping component. Gravel A Man's Cologne gets its "special something" from the addition of pebbles. This peculiarity, to which the Gravel fragrance owes its name, was collected by Knudsen himself on the east coast of the USA and is far more than just a nice, optical effect in the bottle.
