THE SCENT
Framboise Noire starts off with the fruity, succulent scent of freshly picked and crushed raspberries and blackberries. A generous dose of iris pallida adds a gentle but dark violet-like note to the blend. Gradually, the smoky, animalic oud starts to unfurl in the base and waft up through the scent, buffeted on either side by black, incensey woods. Dark berries, dark violets, and now dark precious woods - the "dark" intoxication of this scent's promise is completely fulfilled.
