Xerjoff - V -Soprano
Soprano is a deriving from the Italian word for about or above (sopra), and in musical terms refers to a voice that soars above all others in the ensemble. Soprano is essentially the highest pitch of voice in the human repertoire. A true soprano is rare, and therefore treasured as part of an opera company. In Sospiro's new fragrance, Soprano, the term refers to the chorus of rich, fruity notes that soars weightlessly above a base of precious woods. The milky jasmine at its heart is lifted by a fluttering chord of delicately fruity lychee and peppery freesia, notes that sing out in a register of pure joy. Osmanthus adds a floral apricot jam nuance, as well as a subtle touch of suede, blushed with a hot pink rose note. The juicy, lush fruits and flowers wash over the wearer in a wave of true emotion, like closing one's eyes and listening to a live performance of the Flower Duet from Lakmé. A smoky base of precious oud, leather, and patchouli lends a resinous depth that anchors the soprano voices of the fruit and flowers.
