Beneath the expanse of the summer sky stretch the gentle undulations of green-covered hillsides and lush valleys. Amidst grasses, clover and herbs, an occasional snort and the unhurried movements of the herd can be heard, along with steady plucking and grinding. Nothing disturbs the peaceful coexistence of these gentle giants here, and so the little calf can concentrate on its first uncertain attempts at walking without any worries. Under the encouraging gaze of its mother, it succeeds in taking a few stubby steps and senses what needs to be done. With gentle nudges, it takes its first sips of warm milk, and the surroundings melt into a melange of fragrances and the hum of insects, the colours of nature and pervasive summer warmth.

The fragrance:
Cow's sounds are comfortingly familiar and filled with warmth. For Zoologist, perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer creates the olfactory image of a summer alpine meadow, where flowers and grasses sway in the gentle breeze and a herd of cows grazes peacefully and calmly goes its way. Fresh apple and spicy sage mingle to create a tasty prelude. Its fruity herbal notes combine with the cosy sweetness of fresh milk. It mellows over a colourful floral accord of lily of the valley, heliotrope, violet and jasmine to bathe the sumptuous floral tones in soft pastel. A powerful, soft base of cedarwood, musk and amber carries Cow. The confident calm emanating from them rounds Feisthauer's composition into a fragrance that succeeds in conveying a sense of arrival, security, closeness and trust. Cow is surrounded by Zoologist's classic flacon, which is adorned with a black and white portrait of a cow with human attributes. Characteristic spotting and elegant gold accents frame it.
