Panouge Paris - Perle Rare - Homme Black Edition
In 1898, a legendary French grand hotel opened at the Place Vendôme: the Hôtel Ritz. Many celebrities frequented and stayed at the hotel - including Lady Di, Coco Chanel and the legendary American author Ernest Hemingway. The latter even is said to have once stated that he dreams of an afterlife at the Hotel Ritz.
Therefore it is no wonder that an entire room in the famous grand hotel was named after him: the "Bar Hemingway". Its unique atmosphere and noble furnishings in the style of an exclusive club were the inspiration for perfumer Raphael Haury to create the Perle Rare fragrance Homme Black Edition.
The fragrance
Perle Rare Homme Black Edition opens with a tangy fruit cocktail of apple and lime, garnished with basil and bay leaf. Lavender and juniper berries are accompanied by a fresh sea breeze in the aromatic heart of the fragrance - on a warm base of tonka bean and guaiac wood, amber and oakmoss.
A timeless men's fragrance with a striking, unmistakable character.
