Sweet, savoury and sensual, accompanied by fine spices, Phloem beguiles in a most unusual way. Ripe berries whose red juice nestles sticky and sugary around nutty woody notes, the sourness of rhubarb contrasting with the subtle pungency of nasturtium and a chord of velvety floral notes combine to create an irritatingly harmonious overall picture.
