Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle - Le Parfum de Thérèse
Perfumer: Edmond Roudnitska
Le Parfum de Thérèse is one of Edmond Roudnitska's most important compositions. He created it in the late 1950's, when his art was at its highest. Aesthetically too advanced for its time, Le Parfum de Thérèse was never offered to the public, despite the admiration it elicited from colleagues. Only Thérèse, the master's wife and collaborator, could wear it. Tangerine and melon giving way to a carnal rose and plum heart; the base of cedar, vetiver and leather lends class. A vintage fragrance that epitomizes its creator's style.
Having become a veritable legend, this composition is making its posthumous debut.
